Our mental health is our greatest treasure that needs to in rich above all.

Mental health is one of the most essential thing that one must take care of. It is a great foundation for the healthiness of one’s well-being as well as to gain and embrace a progressive life living.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Sure it affects how we handle stress, communicate as well as to make decisions. But the question there is; How are we going to maintain the good state of our mental health?, What are the factors that affects mental health?, What are the things that we must consider/ avoid to make it healthier?, and as a learner, what recommentations we could offer to our fellow to avoid mental illness?

Human as we are we couldn’t control the state of our mental health, since life is dynamic our mental health changes too from time to time. Due to some factors just like past life experiences and traumas, these are just few that plays role leading to bad mental health. As a learner, we couldn’t avoid the fact that most of us are experiencing mental breakdowns specially at these times of pandemic crisis in which we couldn’t explore and take some unwind moments due to government’s implementations and for the sake of our health also. Aside from that, we’re also currently acquiring a flexible learning system that refrains us to be with our friends, to explore and to enjoy while learning since we’re now obliged to study on our own well of course with the presence of our teachers, but still there’s nothing feeling better than of face to face learning. Family aren’t separable to the factors that there are which affects our mental health since it is the first one to be encounter by an individual. The healthier the relationship with each other, the healthier the mental state we could have.

  • Avoid overthinking

  • Avoid circles that you aren’t fit in
  • Avoid monopolize problems

-Dear youth, Rizal state that we are the hope of the future, so how can we be the hope if we are hard to our selves?, Let us keep our selves healthy in all aspects so that we could play our roles and responsibilities well!.
